We arrange financing secured by non-owner-occupied investment property for business purposes only — such as acquiring or refinancing rental property, fix-and-flip projects, and ground-up construction. We do not arrange consumer-purpose loans, loans on primary residences, or loans for personal, family, or household use through this website.

How we operate

Loans are arranged through third-party business-purpose lenders. The lender that funds your loan will be identified in your loan documents, and credit decisions are made by the funding lender. Program availability varies by state and by lender.
